Daily care.  Acacia Place is a comprehensive adult day center designed to meet the needs of functionally and/or cognitively impaired adults.  The center provides a safe and structured setting with increased social opportunities, assistance with personal care and a variety of activities.  Participants receive support on a daily basis in a stimulating and protective environment, allowing them to remain at home, living as independently as possible.

Support program.  Acacia Place understands the challenges full-time caregivers face.  Knowing how difficult it is to balance a work schedule and family responsibilities while caring for a challenged family member, Acacia Place offers the services necessary to help.  By offering innovative programs like transportation to and from home, delicious meals and snacks, and on-going social and cultural activities, Acacia Place stands out as a leader in the area for providing quality adult day services.

Care levels.  Each prospective participant is evaluated by the Acacia Place team, who develops a holistic plan based on an assessment of cognitive and physical functioning, taking into consideration leisure interests, strengths and abilities.  In collaboration with the family, participants are placed into one of three levels of care.

Financial assistance.  In addition to private pay, there are a number of sources to assist with payment for adult day services.  These different options will help cover financial needs to make sure the participant is able to receive the care necessary.
