Specially trained. Quality care exists only with quality staff. The Acacia Place team builds relationship with participants to create a culture that supports, involves and validates. With an enthusiastically involved and committed staff, participants are ensured individualized and quality attention.
Daily fun. Activities are therapeutic in nature and promote emotional, intellectual and physical wellness. Enjoy a picnic at the park or lunch out at local eateries with staff and friends. Play cards, sing karaoke or suggest a favorite activity for the group to participate in.
Remaining involved. Acacia Place promotes improvement and maintenance of physical and mental health. By encouraging participation in daily tasks, such as helping prepare lunch or set tables, participants gain a sense of responsibility. By partaking in volunteer opportunities, participants are able to remain involved in and support the community.
Specialized features. Programs such as the multi-sensory room and Magnoliasm offer tranquility and improve self-esteem and independence. In the multi-sensory room, participants enjoy gentle multi-sensory stimulation to help reduce tension by experiencing sensations at their own pace and desired intensity. Magnoliasm 
is our specialized approach for individuals with memory issues. With intensive staff training and a secured area, participants can enjoy celebrating life.
